Ordering
When will my order be dispatched?
Once you place an order online, you will receive an email from us confirming receipt of order.
When your order is packed and ready to go, you will receive a second email confirming that your order has been dispatched, which will include tracking details if applicable.
If your order is placed before noon (GMT) Monday to Friday, this will normally be packed on the same day, which will take 2-3 working days to reach anywhere in the UK.
If you order is placed in the afternoon or during the weekend, it will be dispatched on the next working day.
How can I track my order?
If your order is over £20 it will be sent via Royal Mail recorded delivery. In this case, your dispatch email will include a tracking code for your order.
If your order is sent by DPD, they will send you an email with any tracking information.
If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder and double check that the email address you provided when placing the order is correct.
How do I use a promo code?
To use a promo code, please enter it during the check out process.
Remember to click 'Apply' before confirming your order to apply the discount.
Promo codes from our website/email are only redeemable on our website, and can not be used with our retailers.I haven't received an order confirmation.
If you have not received an order confirmation after placing an order, please check your spam folder. If you can not find it in your spam folder, please contact us at support@eco-chic.shop
If no payment had been withdrawn from your account, your order may not have been completed. Please place your order with us again.
Can I amend/cancel my order?
An order placed online cannot be amended. To change the content, we would need to cancel your order and ask you to place a new one.
If you change your mind and wish to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible on support@eco-chic.shop, as once the order has been picked and packed, we would be unable to stop the dispatch. If your order has been dispatched, we would need the package to be returned in order to process a refund.
Return postage is paid by the customer.
Payment methods
Eco Chic accepts all major card payments and PayPal.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept payment via bank transfer.

International VAT information
VAT is not charged on orders outside of the UK.
International customers may be be required to pay any applicable customs or import VAT costs during delivery of their order.

Who designs Eco Chic patterns?
Our designs are dreamed up by our very talented in-house designers based in and around London.
Each design is honest and organic, originating from the British lifestyle that helps us produce the colourful designs that Eco Chic makes every season.
Eco Chic Bags and Care Instructions
The outer material of our Eco Chic bags are made up of 100% rPET material, which is recycled PET (Polyethylene terephthalate) material mainly coming from plastic bottles.
To ensure they are made from authentic rPET, we only purchase audited materials certified by GRS.
Care Information
Eco Chic bags are safe to machine wash at low temperatures without damaging the fabric.
Plastic-based fabrics however, may release plastic microfibres into the water when washed; to minimise this we recommend washing your bags only when necessary, and to hand wash if possible. If using a washing machine, wash at 30°C or lower. Do not tumble dry.
By following these instructions, your Eco Chic bag should remain vibrant and stylish for a long time!
Eco Chic Bamboo Coffee Cups and Care Instructions
Eco Chic bamboo cups sold on this website are made from natural fibre (corn stalk powder and bamboo sourced from upcycled materials), and a proprietary resin containing aloe, soy, and <3% melamine
Our bamboo cups are tested under CE and LFGB standards by independent institutions, such as Intertek and TÜV Rheinland to demonstrate our compliance with the EU’s strict LFGB Food Contact safety regulations. Namely (EC) No 1935/2004 and specifically (EC) No 10/2011.
Care Information
Eco Chic bamboo cups are dishwasher safe, we also recommend cleaning with hot soapy water and rinsing the cup after each use.
Please note that our cups are not suitable for microwave usage.
Eco Chic Bottles and Care Instructions
Eco Chic Bottles are made from high-grade 18/8 stainless steel on both the inside and outside, this is a chromium-nickel-iron alloy (18% chromium & 8% nickel).
Our bottle lid is made from stainless steel, plastic (polypropylene) and a silicon o-ring.
Our bottles are regularly tested under CE and LFGB standards by independent institutions, such as Intertek and TÜV Rheinland to demonstrate our compliance with the EU’s strict LFGB Food Contact safety regulations. Namely (EC) No 1935/2004 and specifically (EC) No 10/2011.
Care Information
We recommend cleaning your Eco Chic bottle regularly with hot soapy water and rinsing the bottle after each use. DO NOT use milton sterilising fluid as this can affect the products.
For a very thorough clean please use water with a teaspoon of bicarbonate soda. Our bottles are made of high-grade stainless steel which preserves the flavour and freshness of your drinks, but if the bottles and their lids are not cleaned it can lead to a smell or taste developing. For this reason, regular cleaning is highly recommended.
When not using your bottle, we recommend storing it without the cap on to allow the inside to dry out.
DO NOT put your Eco Chic bottle in the dishwasher or leave the bottle to soak in water for a long period of time. This can cause paint damage and can lead to the vacuum becoming ineffective.
Eco Chic Face Masks and Care Instructions
The outer material of our Eco Chic Face Covers are made up of 100% polyester and the inner material is 100% cotton, given our customer a soft touch on the face.
To ensure they are made from authentic rPET, we only purchase audited materials certified by GRS.HOULD YOU CONSIDER USING A HAND- SEWN MASK?
Infection occurs when someone breathes in airborne droplets, or when they touch their mouth, nose or eyes with hands covered in virus particles that have fallen out of the air onto counters, handrails, floors or other surfaces. Wearing a face mask stops people from becoming infected in two ways:
1) By blocking most airborne droplets filled with virus from being inhaled
2) By stopping the wearer from touching their own mouths and noses.
DISCLAIMER
This face mask is not meant to replace a surgical or N95 face mask. Face masks are for protection but do not mean you will not catch a virus or illness. These masks are designed to act as a preventative measure of protection against droplets.
The following people should not wear a face mask:
* Children under 2 year old
* Anyone who has breathing problems
* Anyone who is unable to remove a mask without help
* Anyone in doubt - to seek professional advice
To be really clear, we make no claims whatsoever that our masks will protect you from Covid-19 or any other infectious disease.
Shipping and Return Policies
UK Shipping Information
We provide free shipping for all UK orders. For all other regions, postage is calculated in checkout based on item size, weight, and quantity.
We use Royal Mail and DPD to handle our UK parcels.
How do I make a return?
If you are not satisfied with your order upon receipt, we provide a 14-day return window from the date of receipt.

I have received a faulty item
If you believe your item is faulty, please do not go to the trouble of returning it. Get in touch with us by sending a photo of the fault to support@eco-chic.shop and we’ll be happy to look into it.
Faulty products are eligible for refunds up to thirty days after purchase if you purchase directly on this website. If you purchase from our reseller, or if you claim after 30 days but before the warranty expiration date, we can only offer replacements under warranty.
Product Warranty
How does it work and what’s covered by the warranty?
Eco Chic handbags are designed to be used and enjoyed for a lifetime. However, if something does go wrong, our warranty covers you against manufacturing defects for 1 year from the date of purchase.
Our coffee cups and water bottles covers you against manufacturing defects for 6 months from the date of purchase.
What’s not covered by the warranty?
• General wear and tear (i.e. scratches, dropped cups/bottles, dents)
• Damage caused by incorrect cleaning or misuse (i.e. use of microwave, dishwasher, freezer)
• Disassembly, alterations, or modifications (i.e. engraving performed by third parties)
How do I register my warranty?
If you purchase your Eco Chic products from your local retailer please contact them directly in regards to return or exchange of your Eco Chic products. Eco Chic retailers accept return of products for manufacturing defect upon presentation of a valid receipt. To extend your product warranty upon independent retailers we would recommend you to register the warranty with us on this website.
Whilst warranty will be applied automatically on this website, if you purchased your item elsewhere, please CLICK HERE to register your warranty with us.
A proof of purchase is required in order to verify the date of purchase and ensure the authenticity of the product. If a proof of purchase is not provided, we will not offer a replacement as we will be unable to validate the warranty.
Co-branded products
Due to GDPR we are unable to discuss corporate orders with anyone other than the person or company who was the original purchaser. If your product has a custom logo and a manufacturing defect, please contact the person you purchased it from or the person who gifted it to you. Co-branded products are not covered by our warranty replacement policy and queries will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
Claiming Procedure
What you need to qualify for a warranty evaluation:
* A proof of purchase is required in order to verify the date of purchase and ensure the authenticity of the product. If a proof of purchase is not provided, we will not offer a replacement as we will be unable to validate the warranty.
* Brief description of what is wrong and image of the faulty product (please note in some case we may ask you to send us the product so we can provide the feedback to our supplier)
Once the replacement is approved we will let you know and a replacement will be posted within 7 days. Please note postage is not included on warranty replacement and you will be ask to provide reasonable postage for your replacement.
Please also note that the warranty does not restart when you receive your replacement.
