We bought this to use as a lightweight backpack when visiting Disney World. The backpack seemed great and ideal with 2 water bottle pockets however a couple of days into the trip, one of the straps came off as the stitching broke. We managed to fix this back together with an emergency sowing kit back at the room and tried using again. A few days later the stitching at top of the strap started to come loose too. This one didn't come off completely, but after this we couldn't trust the backpack so bought something else from Walmart. Bit of a let down really so I wouldn’t recommend or purchase anything from Eco Chic again

The outer material of our Eco Chic bags are made up of 100% rPET material, which is recycled PET (Polyethylene terephthalate) material mainly coming from plastic bottles.

To ensure they are made from authentic rPET, we only purchase audited materials certified by GRS.

Eco Chic bags are safe to machine wash at low temperatures without damaging the fabric.

Plastic-based fabrics however, may release plastic microfibres into the water when washed; to minimise this we recommend washing your bags only when necessary, and to hand wash if possible. If using a washing machine, wash at 30°C or lower. Do not tumble dry.
