Ordered two items and delivery speedy efficient. Subsequently ordered several items on Black Friday. Email confirmation of all items received. Items never shipped by estimated date, had to chase. No contact from supplier despite having email address and mobile number. Turns out one item out of stock so entire order hekd. By time it's sorted a second item out of stock . Refund promised within a few days. Have now had to chase for that as well as it hadn't been actioned but full order price had been debuted at time of original order. Clearly they need to address their processes and not expect customer to keep chasing them.
This is the 2nd one that we have ordered from this site. Well packaged and delivered quickly.

The bag was as I was expecting it to be. I would like the colours to be a bit more vibrant and the bag to be a bit bigger. However, I am satisfied with my purchase and I will purchase other products in the future, when I revisit UK.

I’m a fan of these eco chic backpacks. Water resistant, lightweight and you can pack an amazing amount of stuff in it too. The patterns are interesting but I think they would appeal to more people of all ages if you could have more in plain colours! PLEASE!
Lovely big poncho so it fitted over my warm coat and rucksack - and kept everything dry! Much admired by others too.
Great fun design and perfect size to take away for an extra bag. Like the way it packs away and the bottle holders at the side. Looking forward to using it on my trips away.
