Not sealing as well as thought

Nice cup- pattern, cup stays cold n the outside, liquids stay warm not quite as long as hoped and it doesn’t seal as well as thought.
The lid goes further inside than thought, hence got to be careful not to add too much liquid.
It be useful to have a little maker for the max fill.
Other than that it’s a nice reusable cup

Great looking cup; fun design

Given 4 stars as a gift so I don’t know what it’s like to drink out of but fun decoration (I bought cows and graffiti) and look well made. There was also an issue with the delivery and Eco Chic sorted this out quickly. I was impressed.

We recommend cleaning your Eco Chic thermal coffee cup regularly with hot soapy water and rinsing the bottle after each use. DO NOT use milton sterilising fluid as this can affect the products.

For a very thorough clean please use water with a teaspoon of bicarbonate soda. Our thermal coffee cups are made of high-grade stainless steel which preserves the flavour and freshness of your drinks, but if the cups and their lids are not cleaned it can lead to a smell or taste developing. For this reason, regular cleaning is highly recommended.

When not using your thermal coffee cup, we recommend storing it without the lid on to allow the inside to dry out.

DO NOT put your Eco Chic thermal coffee cup in the dishwasher or leave the cup to soak in water for a long period of time. This can cause paint damage and can lead to the seal becoming ineffective.
